President & Co-Founder

Adrian Gray is the President and founding partner of Network Relations, LLC. Formed in mid-2007, Network Relations is a cutting-edge marketing company that specializes in micro-marketing, personalized communications and creating social and online activist networks for commercial brands.

Before starting his current venture, Gray spent almost a decade in politics as a strategic adviser and campaign director. His counsel and guidance were sought at all levels from the Oval Office, to Hollywood, to local elected officials, and across six foreign political parties.

Gray most recently served for two years as Director of Strategy at the Republican National Committee, where he managed all public polling, list development, strategic targeting, and media and voter contact operations. He also developed a new strategic framework for data development and analysis known as Voter Vault. His work was recognized as ground-breaking by Republicans and Democrats alike, and Newsweek magazine referred to his systematic approach as the "best-run, best organized operation in the history of politics."

As the National Voter Contact Director for Bush Cheney '04, Gray oversaw a $34 million direct contact operation, the largest of its kind in political history. He was also instrumental in creating a new approach to consumer marketing called Micro-Targeting, widely credited with helping secure the President's re-election.

Before joining the 2004 campaign, Gray spent three years in the White House as a political advisor to the President. His service included directing the Administration's highly acclaimed Asset Deployment program, which methodically aligned public policy events with their targeted constituencies.

In 1999 and 2000, Gray worked as the regional coordinator for Northeastern and Midwestern states in the President's first national campaign. In his first stint at the Republican National Committee, he worked in the Chairman's Office in 1998. He also previously worked for former Congressman John Sweeney (NY).

Originally from Connecticut, Gray now lives with his wife Jocelyne and their son in Bedford, NY.
