OUR EXPERIENCE

The Network Relations team set new standards in the political world by questioning age-old assumptions about consumer behavior. The company was founded by some of the nation's top marketing minds- the same group who succeeded in re-electing a President despite a challenging political environment (56% disapproval rating at the time) and an overly cluttered advertising market. By re-defining how people get their information, 15 million new voters were identified and 63 million voters were mobilized. Their new approach was credited by Republicans, Democrats, and Independents alike as the "best-run, best-executed campaign in history."

CASE STUDY

A year after founding the company, Network Relations became the first members of a team selected by T. Boone Pickens to organize and run a $58 million campaign to turn America’s attention to reducing our dependence on foreign oil. Network Relations was chosen for its experience running complex, national campaigns and for its interest in environmental causes.

In the first three months of the Pickens Plan operation, Network Relations helped take T. Boone Pickens' idea from a conference room whiteboard to a national energy campaign with an army of over 1.6 million supporters and an 84% approval rating among the general public. The Pickens Plan changed the political landscape of the 2008 Presidential election and has continued the debate on our Nation’s energy future.
